question

Thank you for the pics and the great post.

I surely hope you can get this piece back into your collection.

Have a quick question - you mention in your thread "18 Ct white gold movement". Does this watch have the 18K gold movement like the 70eme watch?
If so, does the "original RG reverso tourbillon" also have an 18K gold movement in RG?

I always thought the "gold colored movements" in the LE reversos were platings, other than the 60eme and 70eme.

Thank you as always!

Jaeger Lecoultre Reverso Platinum Nr 2. A curious coincidence.

I bought a Reverso Platinum Number 2 in 2004 for an important birthday. 3 years after, I decided to sell it to fund some other watches. Not that I regret having funded the watches in question, BUT.... I strongly regret having let my Platinum Nr 2 go. Why ...

Surely it is a sign Nicolas 😉

What I really like is the restraint. A very subtle watch. And as you say GT case all most perfect. And sometimes it's the coincidences that are important Cheers JML

You even talking about this stunner. Perfection with the secret tourbillon on the reverso side. Brilliant. And platinum. Wow! Just wow. - Scott

I love this one!!

I saw one in Tokyo 6 or so years ago and if I were to aim for a Reverso this would surely be it. It really left a strong impression in my mind! One of the ultimate 'Q' watches.
