Indeed I am considering the Lange 1 MP which is priced within the range of a PP5146. The photo of your Lange 1 placed side by side with the PP5146 does highlight the simplicity and beauty of the Lange 1 dial. Not that the PP is inferior in any way, it's classic Patek design is so enduring.

Wonder is the movement signed by Jaeger LeCoultre or simply LeCoultre ? How's about the case too ? Been seeing a number of vintage memovoxes with the dials and movement signed differently and not sure are these re-dialed or re-cased. Many thanks
