Patek Philippe: I was shown a Ref.5271/ 11p owned by a friend of mine. The actual blue sapphire was much deeper in color and attractive than the catalog photo.
The original 5270 is a leaf hand, but I prefer this shape type. Even the clasp is set with jewels, giving it a luxurious feel. We took a two-shot with 5539G (MR Tourbillon)

Patek Philippe: I don't think these are all the regular releases of 5004, but there are 4 types listed here.
