PLM Quartet !
Jul 07, 2011,14:02 PM
SJX's post makes me think about the idea of this thread. Please share your pictures of a Pour Le Mérite Lange watch!
I start with the full quartet:
Tourbillon PLM:
Tourbograph PLM (F.A.Lange):
First version of the Tourbograph:
Richard Lange PLM:
Richard Lange Tourbillon PLM:
And what is the common point between these watches ? The chain of course !
So it's up to you !

Sorry for the same boring pictures, I'll try to take some again when I have more time... Cheers, GG...
It's never boring...
By: sidneyc : July 8th, 2011-00:03
.. to see pictures of your gorgeous PLM, GG... even if it's the same one, every time I see it still make my heart beat faster Thanks for posting again!
not often enough...
By: glorygunners : July 9th, 2011-17:43
Probably once or twice every two weeks... Not enough events in my diary to justify wearing such a piece... Maybe I should create my own events Cheers, GG
Thank you!

Glad you liked them! Tschuss Stephen
What a beauty! What a beast!
By: COUNT DE MONET : July 7th, 2011-23:09
Humble in design but the closer the look the more breathtaking revelations do unfold: three part enamel dial, platinum and a movement beyond all imagination! The RG one was on my last enquiry still available ... I must say: if a watch in that category sho...
Indeed!
By: BluNotte : July 7th, 2011-23:56
This beauty here is such a treasure for me! Even though i own it, it still feels like a dream each time i put it on! And all the points that you have said are more than valid for this beast in ultra refined complication! Das ist richtig! Tschuss Stephen
Amazing watch Stephen!
By: sidneyc : July 8th, 2011-00:05
I hope to join you with a PLM some day... I can only dream and drool for the moment
I pray for you
By: BluNotte : July 8th, 2011-00:28
That the dream will come sooner, NOT later! The PLM family, any of them is truly exceptional timepieces, and to own one is simply any connoisseurs biggest dream come true. Tschuss! Stephen
Beautiful piece! Absolutely beautiful piece!
By: patrick_y : July 8th, 2011-21:31
Still my favorite Lange ever! The sobriety of the clean and simple enamel dial, combined with the shockingly complicated movement that has a 600+ part chain is a great paradoxical contrast. It is always good to see The King!
Stephen, the unique SS Tourbillon PLM is invisible
By: foversta : July 9th, 2011-15:37
This unique watch was created only for one client and I'm not sure that somebody outside the manufacture saw it. The pictured Tourbillon has a white gold case. Thanks Stephen for your participation! Fx
I see!
By: BluNotte : July 10th, 2011-19:31
For once i thought that this blued dial example was that piece! No worries Xavier, always a pleasure to participate in any PLM activities! That's why i got mine! Tschuss Stephen
It was a shock for me when I saw this Tourbillon PLM
By: foversta : July 9th, 2011-15:43
The originality of the dial, the beauty of this watch and the fact that it is the symbol of the rebirth of the brand make this watch very special. First watch and directly on top of the hill: Gunther Blumlein understood everything. Thanks Nico. Fx
Love your photos FX!!

By: Davo : July 8th, 2011-17:34
Here's my bit. Let's see who can identify these models.......
Both are 1815's Davo!
By: BluNotte : July 8th, 2011-17:50
With the top photo being the platinum version of the new current 1815 that is limited to 500 pieces, and the bottom photo belonging to a white gold previous 1815. Tell me i am correct for at least one? HAHA! Stephen
Spot on, Stephen
By: Davo : July 8th, 2011-17:56
I knew you'd get it. Here's the first one... And the other... And, btw, what's this...? Super easy.......

Kirei na shashin da ne!
By: BluNotte : July 8th, 2011-20:50
Too beautiful this one Davo! The price is too beautiful too! But everytime you see and feel this, it gives you that WOW factor. Mata ne! Stephen
No problemo
By: Davo : July 16th, 2011-13:06
One more pic......
Way too easy...
By: patrick_y : July 8th, 2011-21:40
This is way too easy. Give us a challenge. Like, show a picture of the balance cock and ask who at Lange engraved this balance cock. That's a difficult one that even I can't tell. Furthermore, the 1815 has a slightly different (larger) balance cock design...
Thanks Davo but...
By: foversta : July 9th, 2011-15:49
these watches don't have a chain & fusée system. anyway, it is a pleasure to see your pics, especially of the 31 days which is rarely seen. Fx
gorgeous shots!
