We just had a wonderful Lange Zeitwerk dinner tonight..

Here's a group shot of some of the Lange watches present. We missed a few here and there. There are actually 5 different case metals here... can anyone guess what all of them are? Thanks to Arnd, Philippe, and Michael for the very enjoyable evening!...

left of the picture looks like a prototype from the baseplate - the case might therefore be steel. Just a guess. Nice collection BTW. Andrew H

has a white gold case but has a dummy movement for display purposes. There's another watch that has a case metal other than gold or platinum.

It's a vintage Lange pocket watch with the original dial recased in a wristwatch. The case work is very fine and the resulting watch is stunning.

Langes and some nice specials Number 4 from the left is in steel (Ref. 101.026) and on the far right we see much more than just a simple marriage with a pocket watch movement. Look at the case ;-) Thanks for sharing, Allan. Oliver

I felt lucky to be a part. Watches, food, and company of fellow Lange-philes was first class all the way. So much passion for Lange watches in an intimate setting. Also very nice to spend time with some Lange executives, from whom it is easy to sense the ...
