After reading your posts for some time now, I wanted to introduce myself to the community as Director of the U.S. flagship Journe Boutique in New York. Here to answer any Journe inquiries and look forward to meeting some of you in person in the boutique!

Last time I was in the city the boutique was still under wraps; will certainly drop by. The HK and Tokyo ones are excellent. I do have a couple of queries: Why doesn't FPJ issue a separate warranty certificate of some kind when a full service is done? I b...
