I stopped by Villeret this week for a special feature we're preparing on Montblanc in a magazine.
No need here to come over the full Minerva story, that's not the point, but I thought you might enjoy a couple of backstage pictures we took there.

The famed Montblanc Villeret manufacture!! I have been dreaming of visiting since I got my MB Villeret watch. Each time I admire my calibre 13.21 behind that elegant hunter case back of my MB Villeret, I could almost feel I am in the manufacture and smell...

I was visting for business purpose the brand new TAG Heuer's factory last week : no oil CNC at all ! And consequently : no smell of oil at all... Time changes, my good friend, time changes...
