milgauss vs. patek nautilus

Apr 09, 2015,23:50 PM

I have. been thinking of trading my Patek 3800 nautilus for a new blue dial milgauss and wonder if it makes sense.  can't decide so therefore interested in opinions from Milgauss owners who also might own a nautilus or likewise appreciate Patek's as I do. I don't seem to wear the nautilus much anymore and was keeping it to give to my daughter but realize that the Milgauss would probably get more wear now and be more functional and also could give to my daughter some day and she might appreciate it as much as she would the nautilus.

any thoughts and opinions?  Thanks.

If you don't wear the Nautilus anymore, don't keep it for the next generation and enjoy

The present! ;) Now, to replace the Nautilus, I would stay in the same Financial league and maybe hunt a nice Vintage, a 1019... Best, Nicolas

As a rule

.....such different watches. I have owned both watches. I prefer the Milgauss by a very large margin.

Milgauss

I do not have the Nautilus but did recently acquire a blue dial Milgauss, which is a watch that "grew" on me as i researched/tried it. I believe in keeping only those watches which I wear with some regularity so I would go for the Rolex. Chris
