Lange at the Hotel Lutetia ***modem burner***

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit the Lange exhibition in the context of an event organized by an AD (Les Montres) in the Hotel Lutetia in Paris.

I would like to thank a lot Julie for her availability and for the time she spent with us.

First of all, a few shots of the exhibition:

We asked to Julie to show us several timepieces. We started with the 31 days.

Each time I see it, I have the same feeling: it's a stunning and impressive watch. It's also excesive due to its size and its weight. The mix between the technical features and these excesses makes it very interesting. Lange managed to create a watch with a very long power reserve and which is accurate at the same time. A must-see for each Lange fan !

Of course, you don't have to forget the key ! You can't wind the watch with the crown.

The wrist-shots. Due to its size, it's very important to test it again and again before buying it to check if it's comfortable on your wrist. For me it's the case. But I easily feel its weight !

Then, we saw the new Grand Lange 1. I must confess, I wasn't a big fan of the previous versions. But this one is so beautiful that it was difficult for me not to buy it ! Hopefully, my wallet was empty ! wink

What a beautiful dial !

The wristshots. 42mm is a perfect size for me.

Original and elegant, this watch seduced me a lot.

With the Lange1 MP:

We finished with the Cabaret Tourbillon.

With my Cabaret:

The beautiful caliber:

The dial:

Thanks to its shape, it's a very nice watch to wear:

That's all for today !

Again,  a big thank to Julie !

I would like to add that within 2 weeks, the Salon Belles Montres will take place at the Caroussel du Louvre. It will be a major event. Of course, Lange will be present and I will post you a report.

If you're at Paris at the end of the month of November, don't miss it !

Fr.Xavier
