My New 1815 40mm WG
Finally, after many sleepless nights battling between the up/down vs 1815 40mm. I got the 1815 40mm WG, love it !!!!
Driving this morning to my AD to pick it up, listening to nice jazz, sky was blue, magical day... what a great day to pick up a new Lange !
The 1815 is perfect size at 40mm, perfect thickness. iPhone pictures doesn't do justice to this watch. The WG case finish is best of class, the dial changes colours whether indoor or out door, at times it is antique off-white other its crisp white silver, just amazing !

I much prefer the winding feeling with the 40mm 1815 than with the up&down... Matter of taste! Congrats! Fx

I saw both side to side, both amazing. Just found the up/down a bit smaller and thinner for me, the 40mm case is a bit different design more modern, in addition the 40mm dial more pure and clean for my taste. Don't get me wrong the up/down is an amazing p...

Fantastic watch. My favorite. Same than you ; i saw the Up&Down and the 40 mm both together. I prefer the 40mm 1815 ! Enjoy your week-end
the main 2 reasons are first size and case shape
even at 1mm difference it is a difference, and thickness as well, as far as the dial, both to die for. The case of the 40mm is a bit different, it is the old style case which is to me much nicer. The new case meant to show the watch much thiner which i ac...

it is a special watch, I got many watches Rolex, BP,AP, Panerai, Breguet nothing compare to the Lange finish !
