The indicator on 11 o'clock shows the difference from standard time to solar time. When it shows "-10" for example the sun will stand on the highest point in Greenwich not at 12 am, but at 11:50. For your location you just have to know at what time the sun stands on the highest point on standard=solar time (which is on 4 days per year the case).
The sunset-sunrise-times have to calibrated to your location though. My watch is calibrated to Zürich.
