How can you recognise a Swiss restaurant professional kitchen?
By: Alkiro1 : December 10th, 2016-01:55
Really easy (and I did not have the opportunity to take a shot of all of them. Sorry for Rolex) ;-) With a special nod to Cazalea alias Mike at the end! Best wishes Alkiro ...

Anybody notice, all the Joel Robuchon restaurants I've been to seem to have a Blancpain clock hanging around somewhere.

I was not aware about Joël Robuchon restaurant Blancpain clocks. Food and watches. My both passions together ;-)

Oh yes, lots of those clocks. I should hang one up in my kitchen. Make me have one thing in common with JR! [nt]

The drinking age sign is a little confusing. 16 no but 16-18 with family ? Ok. Thx

Yes that's a little bit confusing. I think it depends on the alcohol. Beer and cider are probably allowed between 16-18 but not the wine, strong alcohol and so on
