Good morning, recently i’ve bought a GP laureato ref 8010 from a good friend of mine, who is also a good aficionado like i assume to be.
The watch is in great condition but the bracelet is too tight for my wrist, so i would need an additional link.
I've already send an email to the italian customer service in Milan (with a photo of the watch with serial number) the 13th of november but i'm still waiting for a reply.
How can it be, in 2015, with the light speed communication, that nobody takes care of a simple request?
Now it's just a matter of education, but i've already realized that i won't get any answer.
