I fully aggree with your sentiment.
I was one of the very lucky watch collectors that was able to buy a ref 5565 from the Salon in Geneva.
I contacted the Salon on the phone and then travelled to Geneva to put my case forward as a suitable recipient of such a rare timepiece
It was many months later that it was confirmed that a watch has been allotted to me and I travelled back to Geneva to collect it.
As with a lot on things in life you have to work hard and put in time and effort as I did for this watch, but it does annoy me to see speculators making a fast buck .
